  • You can splash your mouth with peroxide twice every day. Take one to two spoon of peroxide into your mouth and swish peroxide within the mouth for no more than one minute. Then split out peroxide and brush the teeth with fluoride based tooth paste and a soft-bristled brush.
  • You may make paste of peroxide and baking soda. Take 2 spoons of soda and mix it well with 2 spoons of hydrogen peroxide. You can add a drop of fluoride toothpaste to the mixture and make a paste of it. Then brush your teeth with good quality brush. For better result you can leave the paste for one to two minutes.
